SuperHope

SuperHope is a project that empowers children battling cancer by transforming them into their very own superhero. The children were asked "If they had a super power what would it be?" The children described every detail of their supersuits alongside an illustrator who drew the superhero .The children  thought they were returning to the Children's Hospital Orange County to receive the finished illustrations; but by surprise they were receiving their actual supersuits that had been made by costume designers. Once the supersuits were revealed, they had their very own photoshoots.

Meet Olivia, she is 8 years old and her super power is shooting bubble gum out of her hands which "traps the bad guys". Her favorite colors are turquoise and purple.  Olivia lost her  hair through treatment and wanted a hat with big brown braids and a tiara on top. She wanted flames coming out of her shoulders, a gold skirt, and rollerblades. The look is topped off with her sequin cape and bubblegum roses.
